Sometimes I remember that Lenin spoke English with an Irish accent because his teacher was Irish, and O'Connelly was part of the Irish diaspora and grew up in Scotland and this apparently had an effect on his accent making it a blend of the two. So if you heard the two speaking you'd have assumed Lenin was the more Irish of the two.

Also lots of banks/organisations are not keen to handle money for Cuba legally and above board because if they make an honest mistake somewhere they can be in a world of trouble.

So you get a Cuban agent with a briefcase full of cash to pay for a leaky boat to transport something like needles for vaccines, and then the USA is like look at these shifty deals it must be terrorist shit.

RE: the DPRK troops breaking boards with martial arts video going around.

Pretty much every country on earth has a military that engages in some silly paegentry.

But for some reason no one is watching UK troops on horses wearing weird hats or a US marine doing fidget tricks with their rifle and going "lol see how that stands up to a drone in a real war".

But if a non international-community-1international-community-2 does it, oh boy look at those comments.

Cuba well before the 90s, they were sending doctors in the 80s to the DDR to learn how to do gender affirming surgery and handling the HIV crisis more humanely and less discriminatorily.

Lets not forget Iraq. Saddam was an anti-communist dictator (and a nasty one at that), but invading the country and killing millions of Iraqis (statistically who many of would have been LGBT) also empowered the local religious fundamentalists (not just ISIS) and many of the secular and progressive rights and protections introduced under the Baath party were never restored.

Indonesia

In Indonesia basically any sort of progressive social activism got called communist and was targeted as, so various secular/feminist social rights groups were wiped out too

So there are cancers that are made more likely by hormones.

Prostate cancer risk is raised due to testosterone (it grows the prostate in size and makes it's more likely for it's cells to become cancerous). Even though trans women can have prostates those on HRT and testosterone blockers have drastically lower risks of prostate cancer. So it's normal that men have a higher risk of prostate cancer (this also includes trans men as there is some studies that show long term use of testoerone can actually lead to development of prostatic cells that can in turn eventually become cancerous, though the risk is certainly lower).

Breast (and ovarian and uterine) are increased by estrogen as they do similar things. Having an increased risk of breast cancer compared to men is just a normal part of being a woman cis or trans. Just as having a lower risk of breast cancer is normal for men cis or trans, (as trans men will often have mastectomy and have less estrogen).

This is isn't really a side effect of estrogen in trans women as just it's biological effect in living organism.

However there are some really nasty specific gene mutations such as BRCA 1 and 2 (and others) that drastically increase risk of estrogen related cancer (in everyone, man or woman, cis or trans). So much that cis women will consider having preventative mastectomy and hysterectomy (and go through early menopause) because their risk of cancer is so high. Cis men with these genes also have increase risk and are advice regular breast checks and scans (normally not required by cis men). HRT is generally not recommended for carriers of these genes because of the risks. Even local/topical stuff like estrogen pessaries are not recommended.

If something like this was in your family you would probably know. But talking to a clinic wouldn't hurt (if possible).

Like fuck had it even been an Executive order that would establish why it is important to vote for a president, but it's basically oh you get gay-marriage if the stars align properly and these people retire or die within these years etc.
