Yes he does, he really really cares, so much that he made most of his campaign and policy to disenfranchise black people and to counter any programs and progress that helped black people, he cares a lot

Donald Trump doesn't care about any people other than himself. But he actively hates black people more than others.

Some of my favorite hits include: "immigrants are coming to steal black jobs." Also don't forget apparently he knows what it's like to be black since he's committed crimes and has gone through the "justice" system, since that's what black folks do.

I'd say he cares about Ivanka, but I think we all know that's just lust.
Excuse me, I have seen photo evidence that he does. Fun fact: he also has different numbers of fingers depending on the event, really cool, I didn't know it was possible.
He doesn't even care about his children. I assumed he didn't give a fuck about anyone else but himself.

I believe it's common knowledge that Donald trump doesn't care about anyone but himself.
Seriously, he has a not-insignificant base of support with young black men.
The why and how aren’t as interesting though.
Younger Black voters are more likely than older Black voters to say they would vote for Trump. While about two-thirds of Black voters under 50 favor Biden (68%), 29% support Trump. Black voters 50 and older favor Biden by a wider margin (84% vs. 9%).

In terms of voting population? I imagine 50 is the split point.
Well of course, no black person is Donald trump so nobody Donald trump cares about is a black person.
How is this news? He doesn't know black people exist until he's forced to at a rally. It's not even about black people... He doesn't know anyone else exists...
Yeah, usually white supremacists and fascists are not fond of other races.
Donald Trump doesn't hate black people. He hates anyone that doesn't give him money or power. Black people just happen to overlap greatly in that venn diagram because we've been kicking Black people in the teeth for decades in America. Treating them like second class citizens with voter suppression, gerrymandering, red lining, racist cops, etc. has taken much of their power away.
