I just found this "21st Century" homage to Everett True, and it could just as easily have been from his own time.

Yes he is and I love Something Positive. First time I heard someone reference him. That comic been our long time and great story line.

I used to read his comic about a decade ago, but fell off. I was reminded of him because I re- listened to the Behind the Bastards episode with him talking about how Dilbert creator Scott Addams lost his mind.

I'm surprised I never saw this one anywhere when the pandemic was in full swing. I found it in an article that said it was an "editorial cartoon," but there's no mistaking Mr. True.
