Man, it sounds like if HD is your requirement, Apple really might not be the best.
Short of an Android emulator, it sounds like they don't want it out of their ecosystem.
Wine/bottles? I do use qobuz in a bottle and get hd audio out to my dac.
They can use up to 2 years (I think) of a previous term. LBJ could have had 2 full terms plus the remainder he had from JFK.

My oldest did have to take a personal finance class in high school (last year) and did cover things like retirement saving and different methods of. I think some places are trying.
