I’m reminded of a certain song from Monty Python's The Meaning of Life.
Reminds me of the “Thankful Villages” or the rarer “Doubly Thankful Villages” in the UK. The former for villages where none of the men died in WWI and the second where none of the men died in both wars. Kind of sobering when you realised that the majority of places suffered losses of their men.
OMG. One of the rare Star Trek episodes that made me weep. Great writing and storyline.
What an incredible story! I felt my pulse quicken as I watched the videos of their ROV nearing the targets of their searches and actually swore out loud when the vehicles came into view after being missing for so many years. Well done to the two brothers!
