I'm from there so I can say this, Columbus is a shit-hole.

the article you didn't read goes into that, and ultra marathons show parity between the sexes.

They knew exactly what they were doing. They're "victims" only now they've been caught.

By your logic, ultra-marathons are an even greater test of endurance. And women compete at parity with men (if not better) in those events.

Of course, this match against the academy team was very informal and should not be a major cause for alarm. The U.S. surely wasn’t going all out, with the main goal being to get some minutes on the pitch, build chemistry when it comes to moving the ball around, improve defensive shape and get ready for Russia.

Your anecdotal evidence is countered in the very article you posted

We're all just reeling from traumatic experience to traumatic experience. We don't get any real time to slow down and heal, so emotions from one trauma show up in other unrelated problems. People become a bull in a china shop, hit someone else, who then becomes another bull in said china shop, they hit a few more, who then in turn become more bulls, so to anyone in the china shop that hasn't been hit yet, it all seems chaotic and evil. We're all just deeply traumatized with no avenue for healing.

I've seen this image a number of times, and it always reinforces just how dangerous electricity can be. It's like those signs that warn "Not only will this kill you, it will hurt the whole time!"

I do a lot of DIY, but I do not mess with electricity. The idea of Alternating current is something I cannot grok, and so I choose not to try.

This one made me sad, Data would totally invite O'brien! He'd just tell Keiko to stay away, as his cat Spot has already made his disdain for her quite clear, and it would risk their relationship to invite her to his quarters.

universal healthcare and basic income, paid with increase in the top 1%'s marginal tax rate, would solve a LOT of Americans problems.

U.S. District Judge Charles Simpson’s ruling declared that the actions of Taylor’s boyfriend, who fired a shot at police the night of the raid, were the legal cause of her death, not a bad warrant.

That's the quote. I didn't lie, I shortened it.

That is interesting but I reject the alternate theories of the Big Rip and the Silent Extinction because they are scary and I don't like them.
