This may not be sound advice, but I binge audiobooks a lot. An extra big lot in between hobbies. Pairs nicely with mindless productive activities, such as housekeeping.

Also get hobbies. Lot's of them, so you can switch when/if you loose interest. Maybe write a poem about the daily grind and go from there? Really convey that hate. That usually ignites other impulses for me when all is shit. πŸ’β€β™‚οΈ

It's an aquired taste.

Also it doesn't have to be from enemies.

Some prefer grovbrΓΈd with brunost.

It's all fun and games till google starts deleting gmail accounts. That is if the value of user data deflates and google's ad-based business model fails. Which it may if some other party disrupts them. Seems likely as google lags behind in AI development. Though it may be for the best. πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈπŸ€·β€β™‚οΈπŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ

I used to immerse myself in the depths of the burning eye in the sky all the time as a kid. Stared for minutes on end. May have some permanent eye damage, but I also used to press fingers into my eyeballs at night to see the blobiverse, and gazed into the perfect red of my laser pointers. I was a dumb kid. Still am at 35. Though my hearing is perfect.

Having grown up north of the arctic circle, this is a common fact of life. In mid summer, the sun never completely sets before it rises again. Blows my mind that this change are too subtle to notice closer to the equator.
