It's a huge problem. We have a small homestead/market garden and eliminating plastic is very difficult. We do what we can, no plastic mulch, no plastic trays or pots, no synthetic fertilizers, rainwater for watering etc. but all our water collection, greenhouse plastic, water systems etc are all plastic based.

Having been a paramedic for many years, I'll take the 80% med student over the no bedside manner, no common sense, overly bookish student who can only think about what the book told them.

Our small rural county in Canada has been on required composting of food scraps with the exception of meats and fats for over 20 years. Not driven by food waste but savings in collection and disposal unfortunately. This is amazing for an entire country to be considering food waste as big a problem as it is.

I've been pirating content since floppy disks. I've watched all the changes happen in that time. Pirating is more accessible than ever.
