In terms of nationality, yes. Skwisgaar is Swedish, Toki is Norwegian.
In terms of family dynamics, yes. Skwisgaar is the older brother, Toki is the younger brother. (Nathan is the father, Pickles is the mother and Murderface is the creepy uncle).
