Didn't he used to drive at Williams? And he probably knows Vowles from Mercedes. How long does it take to have a cuppa coffee?

I mean James was his race engineer so yeah they knew each other for sure

He is an experienced driver and Vowels knows him well. Although can Williams afford his salary?

So i guess bottas is leaving sauber? Man bottas really deserves better, though williams ainโ€˜t the jam either.

More like sauber (soon Audi) are firing both their drivers

Probably more Sauber is replacing him with Sainz.

There are a limited number of available super license holders. Somehow i can't imagine Audi picking up someone from the F2 ranks to run their new car. Sainz has the inside here, but looks reluctant to take it. If Bottas isn't looking for a ride, why things like a visit? Hey, Seb still holds a license and he's German as well.
