It's a little sad that we need to actually say this, but:

Don't be an asshole or you will be permanently banned.

Respectful debate is totally OK, criticizing a product is fine, but being verbally abusive will not be tolerated.

Focus on discussing the idea, not attacking the person.

Kickstarter is a nonstarter for me personally, but it's good to see more competition in the eboard industry.

Odd that it's a Kickstarter since it's already an active company, but I guess this falls in the "let's use Kickstarter as a preorder/marketing tool for a project we will release anyway."

The brand is well regarded for budget boards, and has a couple in the $400-500 range that you can buy now, although they aren't as sleek.

I've seen a few established companies do kickstarters. I still don't trust them though.

Totally. I trust the kickstarter more from an established company, but I trust the company less.

It really makes me wonder why the established company doesn't use its money to make more money and is instead using a "we technically don't have to refund you" method instead of ite normal sales channels.

Crappy non-existent product advertised on a "news" outlet that immediately demanded money from me.

Who the fuck posts this garbage?!
