You have to go out of your way to enable adult titles, even for recommendations. No shame in it, you like that shit!

I've had a Steam account for years, adult games are disabled by default.

Why are they booing you, you're literally right? Attached, what it displays on the steam store, and the settings you have to change in order to view them.
