Lol this is actually what I did in cities skylines.
I built Walmart, upscaled it like x10 times, built 10k square feet of parking around it and made one big ass 40 lane road that's directly connecting it to every district. Then I made it the only commercial building in the city with 100k employees. Holy hell!
