It's the second time in two years that a worker has died from injuries sustained in an accident at the Mar-Jac poultry facility.

From what I hear, "poultry facilities" (aka "chicken plants") or horrible places to work. It is this companies second issue in two years. This time with a minor, I would hope this will carry more than a $30,000 fine.
