The build I used was double burst rifle (the semi-auto one that can be charged), missiles (flex slot but can't go wrong with 6-pack forward) and back laser rifle (if you want to optimize replace with stun needle).
The trick with ibis is that she's like Melania in Elden ring (minus the healing thank god) - she's got a small stagger bar, so be aggressive and boost into her and kick. Because she moves around so much you might not be able to melee her when she staggers so using a ranged weapon with high direct hit might be easier
Good luck buddy
I've been extremely bad with charged weapons. Half the time I notice that I've had the trigger button pressed for like 5 seconds but the weapon had not been charging.
Yeah took me a while to get used to charging the back laser, in long fights it has a habit of Overheating at inconvenient times. Stun needle is probably much better but I'm too emotionally attached to my all-rounder ranged build now
Don't bother charging the burst rifles tho, just alternate tap firing single shots. Good damage (and stagger damage) at a good range. Could replace the off-hand with a shotty, pistol or burst smg if you want to play closer ranged too. (experimenting with rifle/shotty/ Melee in shoulder slot light builds)
