Capitals fan here so I'll get us started.

I'm going with Nic Dowd. The man is super consistent, rarely misses a shift and finds a way to impact games more often than a 4th line 'grinder' should.

He's also the only guy on the team who seems to know how to win a faceoff.

One can only hope Leonard changes that for the Caps.

For my other team, the Rangers, I'd probably have to go with either Braden Schneider or Filip Chytil. They can change games with a great play every so often.
