as a bisexual, I really don't think it's worth it. You have to use a whole 2 fucking perk slots for it while asexuals are free to use those two perk slots for other cool shit

And also when it comes to greater/less than, does Not mean less = bad. Only just a tad less. Both can be good and the equation still checks out.
i'm ace but i'll still go for cherchez la femme (the lesbian perk) because
2 perk slots is a lot but imo the early game perks aren't really that great to begin with, so pretty much regardless of my build I always go bisexual
