Used my mouth guard last night, and chewed the ever loving shit out of it. So I have a headache still, taken some ibuprofen.
Also seem to have caught a cold? So avoiding class today. Annoying, but I should be able to catch up on my prac next week.

Do you typically suffer from hayfever?
I've had the runny nose over the last few days due to the winds and weather.
Could be just that?
